The new tabloid publication, the Bear Valley Times. was introduced in November and has been well received by locals, visitors and advertisers.
The Spring, Summer and Fall edition is now in the works. It is scheduled for distribution beginning in mid May. It will continue through October.

The Bear Valley Times will be distributed beginning in May and continue through October. We try very hard to get them in the hands of a captive audience. Many people pick one up while waiting for a service to be completed. They read it, take it home or to the office and share it!They are distributed to Alpine and Calaveras County coffee shops, fitness centers, sporting goods stores, tourism offices, and the waiting rooms of auto dealer service centers, tire shops, muffler shops, oil and lube facilities and more.
This full color, 11.5" x 17", 32 page tabloid newspaper, is printed on 35 lb. stock. Ads will be prepared for you at no cost or you can submit artwork to us. The deadline for advertising copy is April 15.
Advertising rates are full page $950, half page $495, third page $350, quarter page $275, eighth page $150 and sixteenth page $100. Advertising is accepted on a first come, first served basis with no guarantee of page placement.
